The full platform combines AI-powered readiness assessments, a compliance-ready investor portal, and access to vetted service partners who can provide specialized guidance when needed.

The goal of our Investment Readiness Tool is to make high-quality due diligence, valuation analysis, and pitch deck preparation accessible, quick, and affordable for anyone who is either raising capital or evaluating an investment opportunity.

What’s Available

You have access to one AI-powered report:

• Valuation Analysis — Provides a data-informed view of your company’s valuation range using comparable transactions and multiple methodologies relevant to your stage and sector.

What to Expect

The assessment will take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. You’ll answer questions about your company and, optionally, upload supporting documents. Reports are generated within minutes of completion.

This is a beta product. You may encounter rough edges, and some features are still in development. That’s where you come in.

As you use the tool, consider:

• What worked well and what felt unclear or frustrating
• Whether the reports provided actionable, relevant insights
• What’s missing that would make this more valuable for your fundraising process
